Hi, I’m Gideon. I’ve often been called “The Architect” – not just because of my background in engineering, but because of my deep passion for helping people and organizations design lives and systems that are aligned, purpose-driven, and sustainable.
I’ve spent the last 26 years travelling the world, mentoring leaders, developing people, building resilient teams, and walking with individuals who are searching for more – more meaning, more direction, more connection, more clarity. My experience stretches across industries and continents, but my passion has always stayed the same: to build what matters – people, purpose, and impact from the inside out.
Whether I’m facilitating breakthrough coaching, guiding professionals through identity discovery, or helping someone find clarity during crisis, I always return to the same question: What is most true for you – and how do we build from there?
I believe transformation is not just about fixing what’s broken – it’s about realigning with who you were always meant to be.
A Bit More About My Approach
My work is a fusion of engineering logic, human psychology, and spiritual alignment. I’m a thinker, a builder, and a coach who sees both the blueprint and the heart behind it. My process is intentional, strategic, and deeply personal.
I co-founded I Seek Help International™ and played a key role in developing the Paradigm Profiles™, a revolutionary self-awareness tool that helps people understand not just how they think, but how they connect, lead, process emotion, resolve conflict, and walk in alignment with their core identity.
When I’m not working with individuals, teams, or facilitating global workshops, I’m usually hiking, travelling, journaling, or investing time in my greatest role – being a father. I believe that who we are at home is just as important as who we are in the world.
